THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST KENTUCKY...SOUTHEAST
OHIO AND MUCH OF WEST VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

RAINS OF 1 TO 1.5 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE TODAY INTO SATURDAY
MORNING. DUE TO THE WET SOILS FROM RECENT RAINS...THIS ADDITIONAL
RAIN WILL LEAD TO SWOLLEN SMALL STREAMS.

HOWEVER...IF THESE RAINS BECOME HEAVIER FOR A BRIEF TIME LATE
TONIGHT OR SATURDAY MORNING...SOME VULNERABLE SMALL STREAMS COULD
OVERFLOW ON SATURDAY. IF THAT THREAT INCREASES...A FLOOD WATCH
WOULD BE POSTED FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE COUNTIES.
