As you can see in this image above that our Local Weather is four degrees warmer than what the AccuWeather App is in Temperature wise. This is one reason I don't go by the Weather Apps on my cell phone to check the Temperature. I turn to my local Weather Station here in Portsmouth, Ohio. There are two Davis Weather Stations in Portsmouth, Ohio, that are viewable online through my website here on the Scioto County Storm Chaser Center.
