...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM THURSDAY TO 7 AM EST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations of two
  tenths to three tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of South Central Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the
  ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the morning and evening commutes Thursday and the
  morning commute Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills will likely fall to near or
  below zero degrees Friday night into Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
